Construction is Underway On the NEW Augusta Villa Model at The Villages of SteepleChase

Augusta Villa Home ProgressConstruction is moving fast on our newest home at The Villages of SteepleChase, The Augusta Villa Home. Our construction team has been working diligently—the foundation has been laid and framing is nearing completion. We will begin scheduling framing walk-thrus beginning Friday, January 27th!

The floorplan features two bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage with options for a third bedroom, full bathroom, and recreational room on the home’s lower level.
