From The Capital Beltway (95/495) take Branch Ave/MD-5 South to US 301 South and then drive approximately 14.5 miles to La Plata. Continue on US 301 South approximately ½ mile beyond MD-6 and then turn right into The Villages of Steeple Chase.
From Baltimore, MD
Take I-95 South toward Washington DC for approximately 45.5 miles. Take exit 7A/Waldorf onto Branch Ave/MD-5 and drive approximately 10 miles. Continue on US 301 South for approximately 14.5 miles to La Plata. Continue on US 301 South approximately ½ mile beyond MD-6 and then turn right into The Villages of Steeple Chase.
From Richmond, Va
Take I-95 North toward I-64 for approximately 30 miles. Take Exit #104/US-301 onto VA-207 toward Fort A.P. Hill and drive for approximately 11.5 miles. Continue on US-301 for approximately 44 miles. Make a U-turn on Crain Highway (MD-6) and drive south approximately ½ mile beyond MD-6, then turn right into The Villages of Steeple Chase.
